Disabled Access. Make Flip-Up Arm Rests In The First Two Seats In Auditoria

Change Building Regulations to include the installation of flip-up arm rests in the first two seats of auditoria like cinemas and theatres etc so that disabled that have the ability to transfer can do so without trying to precariously negotiate there way over narrow arm rests and with two arm rests being moveable, a disabled person can sit between two members of their family or friends.
