Stop inciting hostility, hatred, and discrimination against unvaccinated people.
The U.K. government, MPs, elected, and paid for civil servants must stop inciting hostility, hatred, discrimination and violence against the unvaccinated, who are an identifiable group. Hostility includes ill-will, spite, contempt, prejudice, unfriendliness, antagonism, resentment and dislike.
The police and the CPS have agreed the following definition for identifying and flagging hate crimes: "Any criminal offence which is perceived by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by hostility or prejudice, based on a person's disability or perceived disability; race or perceived race; or religion or perceived religion; or sexual orientation or perceived sexual orientation or transgender identity or perceived transgender identity. MPs should not be inciting hostility or hatred.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about discrimination against people who are not vaccinated against COVID, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
We have published the following petitions, which you might like to sign:
