Limit the times fireworks can be used & where they can be used

Petition Details

Ban fireworks from being let off continuously on certain days - limit their usage to certain times and certain locations - i.e. ban from being let off in the street.
Limit the decibels of fireworks being sold to the public - allow ones that flash, but not ones that bang

Additional Information

Make more rules and make in an arrestable offence to let of fireworks outside these hours or in the street.

Limit the sale of ones that make too much noise
