Provide an option for Covid-19 Recovery passes on paper, by mail.
Proof of Covid-19 recovery should be accessible to all in the United Kingdom. I petition UK Government to make recovery passes available by telephone request, on paper, delivered by mail, similarly to proof of vaccination.
Many people have older phones which cannot run apps, others do not have phones at all, and many, especially the elderly, struggle to navigate the internet. Children, and adults without phones or with older phones, need Covid proof of Covid-19 recovery. It is not acceptable that some people cannot obtain proof of Covid-19 recovery. I petition United Kingdom government to make Covid-19 recovery passes available on paper, by telephone request, delivered by mail.

Some doctors will provide a letter of recovery for travel, but this isn't part of the Covid pass scheme.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
