Provide Covid-19 Recovery Passes as letters, same as NHS Covid Pass.
Proof of Covid-19 Recovery should be accessible to all in the United Kingdom and not linked to the type of phone owned or internet competence. I petition the Government and NHS to make Covid-19 recovery passes available in letter form, by telephone request, similarly to NHS Covid Pass.
Proof of Covid-19 recovery should be accessible to all in the United Kingdom, irrespective of age, type of phone or lack of phone they own, and internet competence. Make Covid-19 recovery passes available in letter form, same as the NHS Covid Pass.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Covid-19 'proof of recovery' certificates are being provided only by certain private clinics, not the NHS, and so how they provide such documentation is a matter for them and their customers, not the UK Government or Parliament. This means the UK Government is not directly responsible for the action this petition calls for.
