To debate, bring forward a Bill instructing BBC TV to play National Anthem daily
Parliamentary debate to reinstate playing of the National Anthem by Military band in the several versions used by the BBC on TV at closedown pre1997.
As there is now no closedown, the BBC could play it at a fixed time eg midnight on all TV channels every day. Enshrine in a Bill with Royal Assent.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
The BBC is an independent body governed by a Royal Charter. Under the terms of that Charter, the BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government and there is no provision for the Government to intervene in the BBC’s day-to-day operations.
