Save the Army sniffer dog held hostage by Taliban

Additional Information

Army sniffer dog being held by Taliban has a rank and saved countless lives over the duration of conflict and there should be a rescue plan put into effect. Reports suggest his name is Colonel and deserves the same treatment as any other member of the armed forces being held behind enemy lines.
