Tell the British Public what would be defined as criminal damage

Petition Details

Well to take the confusion out of what is now considered Criminal damage?
Example if a member of the British Public had deep sad emotions from a statue and decided to pull it down would he or she now be found innocent and not pay any cost?

Additional Information

Well I have never known or heard of someone or group getting off scot free after evidence of Criminal damage
Can the British Public be inform to what is considered now what will happen to them if they damage public property?

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. If you'd like a change to the law, you'll need to explain what change you'd like to see happen.
