Make parking on pavements a criminal offence, and fund preventative measures
The Government should make parking on pavements a criminal offence, and also provide funding to local authorities to install physical barriers between roads and pavements to make this impossible.
Too many motorists inconsiderately park on pavements, causing obstructions to pedestrians and people that use wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
