Additional Information

Creation of an Armed Forces Union or Federation that will enable members of HM Forces to air and address grievances, poor working practices, low pay, poor after care after medical treatment or discharge or any issue they wish to raise as a collective. To include all rank and file personnel for all three services but also to create a forum where all voices are equal and the needs of the many outweigh those opinions of certain members of the chain of command - within reason
