Refund all people fined during lockdown, because of the Downing Street scandal.
Because of the new evidence and the Downing Street scandal, while the uk public were in lockdown, Downing Street and some uk government staff had breached their own law, and partied away, therefore anyone fined should get there money refunded, you can’t make the law, and break the law.
If the law was a lockdown the law should of been abided by the people setting the law, because it’s not one rule for one and one for another, not even the uk government or the prime minister.
