Ban the presence & use of alcohol in all Downing Street work environments.
Ban the presence and use of alcohol in all areas of 10 and 11 Downing Street (including the garden which apparently is routinely used for work events but excluding the private residences).
If the PM is to be believed it would appear that the use of alcohol during work events is so prolific that it is difficult to tell the difference between work events, social gatherings and parties.
This is concerning and unprofessional given the responsibility that staff in Downing Street hold with regard to making and implementing major decisions about this country, as there is the risk of decisions routinely being made whilst under the influence.
