Change family law,a complete overhaul is needed of family law and how it affects
A complete overhaul is necessary in relation to family contact and court orders as judges are helping mothers as they naturally have more right, there is no equality in our current system and there needs to be as it is fathers should have as much right to parent if care cannot be done by the mother.
Each and every parent ,provided they have no problem that prevents them from legally seeing their children and caring for their children then they should be treated with equal rights to the mother should the mother prove unable to care for her children.
This is just one of the points of law that need to change there are obviously many necessary and important changes that need to be made to the child justice system and family court.
Things don't work currently and our children and us suffer.
