A By-election to be called for any place that the MP defects from a party.
To hold a by election in any ward where a sitting MP choses to leave the party he/she was elected in. This to be Made Law.
Make it a law that any sitting/elected MP moving parties, crossing the floor a by election in that ward is held. This is to be fair to the electorate as they might have voted or a party rather than a person, which is normally the case, And not to have another party's political views thrust upon that electorate.
