Call out the Army Reserves for flood relief

Additional Information

We have Reserves in all elements of our Armed Forces, if the Regulars cannot cope, call out the Reserves to help with flood relief like other nations do. We need action now to prevent further damage and cost to the taxpayers who pay for them. Why has COBRA not taken this action - remember New Orleans?
