Revoke and amend the changes to the Highway Code.
Revoke and amend the changes to the Highway Code rules H1, H2 and H3 to stop unlicensed road users taking priority over licensed vehicles.
The recent rule changes that will come into force soon will take the responsibility of an individual who is not primary using the road for their own safety away and put it on the primary road user to be responsible for someone else’s action which could cause serious injuries or death. This is wrong, there must be a level of self responsibility and accountability of pedestrians, cyclists and other non motorised transportation that interact with motorists.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you're concerned about changes to the Highway Code, however it's not clear if you want changes to rules H1, H2 and H3 to be simply revoked (i.e. to revert to their previous form), or to be amended in some other way.
You might like to sign this petition which calls for a very similar action: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/607153
