Make legal aid available to all parents seeking access to children
Bring back legal aid in family courts to help prevent parents being denied access to their children unfairly. shouldn't be used as weapons or as a means of control other the other parent.
Parents on low incomes or benefits cannot get the legal representation they need to make sure they can access their children when it is in their best interest.
