The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you are concerned about a potential 'social credit' system, however there are currently no 'mandatory laws' being considered by Parliament so voting for or against such laws is not currently possible. In any case, decisions about whether to vote for or against a proposed new law are personal matters for individual MPs, and cannot be determined by petition.
You could have a petition calling on the Government to abandon its plans to pilot an app-based healthy living rewards scheme, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
