Make it illegal for companies to discriminate based on vaccination status
Given that more and more companies are deciding to refuse staff access to company sick pay if they are unvaccinated against covid-19, bring in law making it illegal for companies to discriminate in this manner, a persons vaccination status should have no effect on their access to work place benefits
Given that vaccination is a personal choice no one should be discriminated against for choosing not to have a vaccination.
Creating a two tiered work force by limiting workers access to company benefits is unethical and would not be allowed for other reasons such as age, gender, race and religion.
