Allow all people with settled status to vote in UK general elections

Petition Details

Give persons with indefinite leave to remain or settled status the ability to vote in parliamentary elections. I am directly affected by the decisions made by the Government and Parliament, yet I don't have the right to vote for who should represent me.

Additional Information

I believe the Government should give all foreign nationals with indefinite leave to remain or settled status, who have chosen to live in the UK the right to vote in parliamentary elections. Citizenship should not play a part.
