INTRODUCE ROAD TAX AND INSURANCE FOR CYCLISTS
As cyclists now have priority over cars on the roads we the public feel they must now pay road tax and insurance like car drivers have to
the way the new rules of the highway code are will cause more accidents / deaths on our roads.
