Amend the highway code for cyclists and pedestrians due to emissions and safety
Tax and insurance with Mots should be under taken with possible helmet cams as they are road users by law they should have these in place for insurance and road worthy purposes. Some cyclists remove brakes and modify their bikes for extreme sports which insurances and MOTs should see if it's road...
Worthy or not also with the emissions and global warming being stuck behind a cyclist with ques and ques of traffic would impact dramatically if it's a busy road, let alone stopping at every junction to allow a pedestrian to cross and having to accelerate, instead of a slow consistent speed round... Something to think about as we're was told we need to think of the future and our planet..
