Make Whistleblowing Training compulsory in all public services. Encourage workers to speak put against wrongdoing to protect children and individuals from harm.

Additional Information

To protect children and individuals from harm. To prevent employers covering up safeguarding issues and encourage them to investigate concerns thoroughly and appropriately.
