Abolish the Human Rights Act Reform proposals
The proposed changes to the Human Rights Act risk stripping individuals of their basic human rights and freedoms.
The changes to this Act drastically reduce protection from government draconian measures. These reforms cannot become statute.
Unless the reforms to the Human Rights Act are thrown out, we will lose freedoms on an unprecedented scale. This proposed legislation should galvanise opposition on all sides of the political spectrum. This grotesque authoritarianism must be stopped.
