Reinstate telephones in Job Centres

Please reinstate Job Centre telephones.
In the last few months more and more Job Centres are removing telephones which means that job seekers cannot properly fulfil their job seeking 'contract' requirements when a telephone call is required to apply for a job.
They are already barely able to live on benefit and when there is no money for public phone boxes or extra credits on a mobile phone why penalise them further??
