Allow members of parliament to accuse other members of lying
Currently the rules of the house of commons penalise people calling out liars in the house of commons far more than those who have lied to the house. This rule should be changed, whilst still allowing those accused to give a rebuttal.
Currently our democracy is being undermined by a lack of transparency, and letting liars go unchallenged for faux reasons of "decorum" is unacceptable. This rule needs to change in order for us to have a more transparent democracy.
