Ensure the Prime Miniister is no longer the guardian of the ministerial code
We believe that trust in the ministerial code has been eroded we believe that the PM should not be the guardian of the code and call to make the House of Commons responsible for deciding whether alleged breaches should be investigated and whether Ministers have breached the code.
