Number of autism exclusions
Schools need to stop illegal exclusions of children with Autism .The figures of these exclusions have reached an alarming and unacceptable level . A recent report has found that of the 70,785 children that have autism, there are as many as 28,000 exclusions across the country – that’s roughly 40% of children with autism that are being ‘illegally excluded’ from school. I am so disgusted and want this to be stopped, especially given that it is discriminatory practise which is against the law.
