Permit Annuity holders to gain access to all or part of their Pension Pot.
Amend the regulations to allow all pension pot holders to gain access to part or all of their pension pot
Many pot holders are held in limbo, unable to access money that is rightfully theirs. In these tough economic times many would welcome a prop to their living standards.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you are concerned about access to pensions, however it's not clear whether you are referring to the state pension or private pensions.
Retirees are already permitted to defer their state pension and receive the 'extra' pension as a lump sum, so it's not clear how what you're calling for is different to what is already permitted.
The terms relating to the payment of private pensions are a matter for private providers as autonomous businesses, not the UK Government or Parliament.
