Three day weekends
I would like the government or parliament to change the number of weekend days to three per week (Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
Family should come before work and school. Three day weekends would allow for more time to spend with friends and family which would highly impact the nation's mental health in a positive manner.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
UK law places limits on the total amount of time someone can work during a week and the minimum amount they can be paid an hour, but it doesn't specify how many or which days of the week they have to work. This would be a decision for employers.
We could accept a petition calling for the school week to be limited to four days per week, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
