Revise the house-buying process in England. Provide a transparent portal
To provide a portal for buyers/sellers/solicitors and estate agents that is transparent and at a glance you can view what is outstanding in the chain. This way you will not get mis-communication!
On top of providing a portal for all parties ,make it illegal to gazump in England.
To provide a portal for buyers/sellers/solicitors and estate agents that is transparent and at a glance you can view what is outstanding in the chain. This way you will not get mis-communication and estimated time frames for all involved. This will also help the purchasing of a house less stressful to most individuals.
On top of providing a portal for all parties ,make it illegal to gazump in England.
