Allow terrestrial TV to show sporting events in full after a specified time delay.
Sport should be available to all, accepting that there will always be a requirement for premium channels. By allowing terrestrial tv to show sporting events in full (after a specified time delay) satisfies this demand whilst allowing for people to pay for live coverage.
