Make it a criminal offence for ministers who waste billions of public money
Make it law - when a minister wastes billions of public money, they are prosecuted with threat of a prison sentence and lose of ministerial pension.
For the last 30 years ministers have wasted billions of public money on failed projects and vanity projects. With every new Govt comes the same old investigations/consultations for already rejected changes or projects - HS2, Millennium Dome, NHS computer systems, Police computer systems, Electric cars, Green taxes, Home Office/Immigration failed computer systems, School and Hospital PPI's

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about wasteful public spending, but we're not sure exactly what actions you want to be made a criminal offence, or who would determine if spending was wasteful.
