Same sex couple can be placed on birth certificate
Same sex couples able to go on a birth certificate without marriage/civil partnership, when not inseminated at a clinic.
If an insemination has resulted in the birth of child, and both people consent to be parents, in a same sex couple, they both should be able to be on the birth certificate without marriage/civil partnership, without a parental agreement or adoption. Same sex couples should have the same rights as heterosexual couples.
