Change law/bylaw to enable the use of carparks for overnight stops
Change the law/bylaw to enable the use of carparks for overnight stops to self contained motorhomes and campervan users, A limited number of spaces with limited restrictions allowing a 24-48 hour stop with domestic use where required. A small fee could be paid for the use of a 24 hour space.
There has been a sharp rise in the change of law in carparks, disallowed overnight stopping has become a constant headache to the motorhome/campervan community. Restricting our access to the countryside and coastal spots where we have until recently be able to enjoy nature and the great outdoors. Allowing stops will increase tourism and local spending, boost the mental health of people, with a small fee it will put more money into local conservation and coastlines.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about restrictions on parking are a matter for individual local authorities and operators of private car parks, not the Government or House of Commons.
