Change the colour of disabled bays from yellow to red if payment is required.
I believe the colour the disabled bays are painted need to be set to red to clearly indicate to disabled people if they need to pay with the blue badge system, and yellow or white if the parking space is free
Currently all over the country rules differ regarding blue badge holders and disabled parking especially on private land. This causes the most vulnerable to be charged in some circumstances and not in others. This causes confusion and can lead to expensive fines which are difficult to pay.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Your Blue Badge usually lets you park for free in local authority provided disabled parking bays. Decisions about what colour to mark bays in private car parks are a matter for the operator of that car park, not the Government or Parliament.
