Resolve the West Lothian question BEFORE the scotland independence referendum.
It must NOT be that the 40 or so UK constituency MPs for scotland can continue to vote on English, Welsh and Northern Ireland matters should the scottish people return a no vote in the independence referendum. The English, Welsh and Northern Irish population need to be given a referendum to indicate if they are prepared even to have scottish constituency MPs present in the House of Commons when non scottish matters are discussed, as long as their political representatives are denied a voice in scottish matters. The West Lothian question MUST be resolved before the independence referendum.
