Ban all home videos involving animal cruelty eg YouTube
To make it illegal and a criminal offence to cause any suffering to animals and then film it.
Because the deliberate cruelty, suffering and even death that is caused to sentient beings in the name of money and cheap entertainment should be recognised as completely inappropriate and abhorrent. Therefore legal consequences should result from these actions.
