Allow learner drivers to be passed by their driving instructors
Ask the dvsa to allow learners to have their driving test carried out by their instructor and allow learners to be passed this way to clear the current backlog
Gives Instructors more responsibility as they have more experience with each of their learners to allow them to test and pass their learners. This will clear they current wait times as its unfair for learners to have to wait an extensive amount of time
