Allow the Energy rebate to be vaulentery, and not compulsory.
The £200 Energy rebate is a disgrace. There is no choice if you want it or not. People should have this choice to choose if they want to claim it or not
I want them to make it a voluntary payment that if people want it they can claim it when they wish to do it.
