For the Minister to request Ofcom to open an inquiry into the practice of Broadband switching operated by Talk Talk. It's sales methods by phone to 'hook' in customers with false promises & deals, it's back office fulfilment to meet dates for transfer after contracts are signed, and the operators unfair contract cancelation process.
