Make Mental Wellbeing part of the curriculum from day 1 of starting school..
Mental Wellbeing Classes to be taught in ALL schools as part of the national curriculum. Imagine if children were taught from day 1 of starting school that their mental health was as important as their physical health (which they do PE for) this would come naturally and help our children for life.
The National Curriculum (which I also think is very outdated and needs a complete overhaul to suit the world/children we have right now)
I believe the pressure schools and children have on them to perform to certain levels is having a detrimental impact on everyones mental health - the happier and safer the child feels the more effective their brains perform meaning better results anyway. Every child deserves to have the tools given to help them in life, especially their mental wellbeing.
