Make it law to those who have dogs provide a post box guard for safety

Additional Information

We demand to make it law to those with dogs have a guard on their letter box for safety of adults/children and any delivery personnel in a job form. At present their is only a law for public place if bitten by a dog not for delivering to a house.

I was bitten on 12th february 2014 on my finger posting a message. This could have been a child and came of so much worse even though mine was bad enough.
