STOP BAD POLICE OFFICERS BY ADDING 25% TO THERE PENALTIES

Additional Information

There needs to be an additional penalty added to the `BAD` officers who are caught on top of what the public would get, they are supposed to be looked up too and have some respect, not the case today with 73% not reporting things as a waste of space, having said that there are many very good officers, it is the ones who hit the media who have let down the public by there bad actions.

They need a very tough action against them by the courts as their actions are VERY serious and criminal.
