Make student finance available to everyone with leave to remain in the UK
The Government should extend access to student finance to anyone who has leave to remain in the UK, so they are able to receive financial support to study in the UK.
This will better enable those with leave to remain in the UK to study and be of greater benefit to the future of the UK.
