Place the strictest possible sanctions on Russia until it withdraws from Ukraine
Some proposed sanctions on Ukraine could hurt UK citizens, most obviously by raising energy costs and restricting supply. As citizens of the UK, we are are prepared to pay this price. These would be minor problems compared to the suffering of the Ukrainian people.
Place as many strong unilateral sanctions as possible on Russia until it withdraws from Ukraine.
Encourage our international partners to do the same.
