The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you're concerned about PIP assessments, and want the Government to introduce a new single health and disability benefit. However it's not clear who you want to be eligible for this benefit, nor how you want applicants' eligibility to be assessed.
You could have a petition calling on the Government to replace PIP with a single lifetime benefit for applicants, so long as it makes clear how you want applicants' eligibility to be assessed, and how you want the value of this benefit to be calculated.
