Give England Wales and Northern Ireland an equal number of public holidays to Scotland

Additional Information

Give parity to all the citizens of the UK when it comes to public holidays. Scotland currently has 12 public holidays per year, 4 more than England and Wales and 1 more than Northern Ireland. This discrimination towards the citizens of the other three countries should be ended by increasing public holidays to those citizens.
