Please set up a way to accept Ukrainian refugees immediately.
Please open up a highly inclusive and accessible way for Ukrainian refugees to submit asylum applications. All the grandstanding against Russia means nothing if we do not help the innocent people caught up in the conflict.
Accessible ways to submit asylum applications must be put in place, including a low threshold of “proof” for displaced people with young children especially. Closing the borders to Ukrainians in their biggest time of need is simply not good enough.
