Ban Bird Scarers
The countryside should be a place to enjoy not somewhere to walk in fear of an explosion. It can be terrifying for people and animals and for the limited effect it has on protecting the crops they are not worth the anguish they cause.
Ban the use of random and dangerous explosives within hearing range of public footpaths.
